Transportation:
- Most flights from across the country arrive at the Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY), Monterey, California. If you are flying into San Francisco or Oakland International Airports, for a fee there is a shuttle service to Monterey, CA. However, we strongly recommend that you use San Jose International Airport, as it is closer to Monterey.
- Additional information about cost and schedule will be provided at a later date. Check our website.
- The need for ride sharing from the Oakland/SF Bay Area is determined by requests. If you will need a ride let us know. We will make every effort to coordinate a ride for you.
- If you need or can provide a ride, please note this on your registration form. Additional information will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.
Vendors:
- If you wish to share your wares with us, you must register in advance. Vendor cost is $100.00 plus registration. There will be no on-site vendor registration. Please contact the NIA hotline (510) 869-4403 and request the Vending Coordinator.
Volunteers:
- Volunteers are essential for a successful Gathering and will receive $50.00 off the registration fee. Volunteer opportunities are limited so please contact NIA hotline (510) 869-4403 fot the Volunteer Coordinator.
Scholarships:
- A limited number of scholarships are offered to women who would otherwise be unable to attend the Gathering. Please send your written request describing your need. To be considered for a scholarship, your request must be received by August 1st, 2007. Scholarship recipients must volunteer 4 hours during the Gathering weekend.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be in writing. Sorry, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you may transfer your space if paid in full. It is your responsibility to find a sistah to purchase your space. The Collective will not be involved in or responsible for the transaction. We only ask that you notify us in writing by November 1st, 2007

All lesbians of African Descent 18 years and older are welcome to attend. Sorry, there are no facilities for children. At the Gathering, we laugh, teach and, most importantly, enjoy each other and ourselves. Opportunities for personal enrichment are abundant.
